    changing an uneditable region of page

      I redesigned my basketball clubs website yesterday and created a new template but used the old css stylesheet code from the last website.  I created all new pages using that template (and old css stylesheet) but decided to create new css stylesheet after seeing the new pages.  I can change the stylesheet on the template page but cannot seem to get the new pages to link to the new stylesheet.  I'm sure there must be an easy way to do this and I have searched online for 2 hours.  I'm relatively new to Dreamweaver cs4 and could use some help.  Anyone have any ideas?

      This is what I have on the webpage now, I need it to read Tigers V instead of III.

      <link href="file:///C|/Users/Dennis/Documents/Tigers III/styles.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />

      Thanks
