I have just purchased and installed Premier Pro CS4 and when I try to open the Resource Centre I repeatedly get an error message saying that
"We're sorry, but there was an error communicating with the server. Please try again.......(0)"
Does anyone know a solution other than trying to contact Adobe Technical Support?
I tried doing that but after hanging on the phone for 25 minutes of mind numbing 'music' I dropped off to sleep. (Not true but I did make 2 coffees while waiting!)
