It must not be installed properly or have the wrong drivers I have never seen a graphics card (I have three different cards) that does not show up in Premiere. Is this on a PC?
Yes, it's a PC.
I've re-installed the driver, but still the same. Premiere still sees the DV output (it's selected) but on playback it doesn't show up on the sceen.
Deselect DV Output That is only for output via the Firewire connection.
If you want to see DV on a High Def screen it will be pretty ugly.
Thanks, but I've tried that.
The only 2 options I have are None and DV 25i (720x576). Nothing else.
I've tried going through the nvidia control panel to see if I missed anything, but, no luck..
The monitor comes up as an extended desktop, but is not available as a external monitor within Premiere..
This is probably something really simply..

That's the best you can do without a dedicated 3rd-party video card like Aja or BlackMagic.
Set up a custom workspace in Pr that resizes the Program Monitor to fill the whole second display.
I thought that might be the case.
