    Question about populating XML data

    ThiaKPSU

      I'm more of a designer/coder than a programmer, and am trying to get used to Flash Builder.

      I have a set of XML data that I want to populate into a noticeboard.

      Not only am I not sure how to do that (every tutorial I find seems to give me the wrong information for what I need), but I am not even sure which components to use!

      Basically, the XML file has

      [EXAMPLE]

      <notices>

      <notice>

      <headline>Headline 1</headline>

      <link>http://lib.pdx.edu</link<

      <info>Text to go along with headline.</info>

      <subinfo>Any sub info that can go along with the information, but isn't quite as important.</subinfo>

      </notice>

      </notices>

      I want it to appear like the following:

      Headline (linked)

      Information

      Subinformation

      Does anyone have any link they can point me for to get the knowledge I need?

      Thanks!

      Thia
