Is Updater 1 released?

I got an email this morning that one of the

bugs I'm tracking, bug 80222, has been fixed in Updater 1.  Where do i find Updater 1

The bug entered on Wednesday, September 30, 2009 has been marked fixed by Adobe ColdFusion development.

The wording of the email is poor, but it means it will be in updater 1, when it's released.  They're not implying there is one.  I guess they've got a bugfix release coming out "soon"...
