    Flash Player Sandbox Error

    carstephun Level 1

      Hi,

      I encountered a strange behavior while deploying my system. The ever upcoming "Security error accessing url", I got through every possible option regarding crossdomain.xml and url setting. I've set up 2 service-config.xml files one for the local system and the other for the deploy system.

      deploy system:

      <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
      <services-config>
          <services>
              <service id="zend-cake-service"
              class="flex.messaging.services.RemotingService"
              messageTypes="flex.messaging.messages.RemotingMessage">
                  <destination id="zend">
                      <channels>
                          <channel ref="zend-endpoint"/>
                      </channels>
                      <properties>
                          <source>*</source>
                      </properties>
                  </destination>
              </service>
          </services>
          <channels>
              <channel-definition id="zend-endpoint" class="mx.messaging.channels.AMFChannel">
                  <endpoint uri="http://admin.madeformycar.com/z_configurator/public/MessageBroker/" class="flex.messaging.endpoints.AMFEndpoint"/>
              </channel-definition>
          </channels>
      </services-config>

      I've set up compiler directives: -locale en_US -services=service-config2.xml -define=CONFIG::developer,false -define=CONFIG::production,true

      and use them like this:

      CONFIG::developer{
           public var _AppURL:String = "http://localhost/z_configurator/";
      }
      CONFIG::production{
           public var _AppURL:String = "http://admin.madeformycar.com/z_configurator/public/";
      }

      I created a Zend AMF server system on both sides and using them flawlessly remotely and local in Flash Builder:

      check it at http://admin.madeformycar.com/z_configurator/public/MessageBroker

      The first few Security Errors happen to accessing the following xml file, http://admin.madeformycar.com/z_configurator/public/xml/carrange.xml, which is on the same domain (subdomain). Defining the HTTPService like that: <mx:HTTPService id="carrange"

      url="{_model._AppURL + 'xml/carrange.xml'}" fault="carrange_faultHandler(event)" />

      For me everything seems to be fine except of the wired functioning on the deployment server. I spent a day to check everything but nothing seems to work. Can somebody help me?

      You can start checking the system using the http://admin.madeformycar.com/z_configurator/public/ url and login with admin, admin

      Thanks in advance

      r. Sandor
