Actually, I try to do a video clip so i don't use the sound of the tape, but a mp3 song. On Adobe everything is ok, its when i export it that it does that desynchronisation.

While PrPro can Import some MP3's, they can be very problematic. Personally, I hate what the MP3 compression does to music, but that aside, I find that converting MP3's to PCM/WAV 48KHz 16-bit is a far better way to go. No problems. I use Adobe Audition, but the great little freeware audio-editor, Audacity, does a nice job.
The ultimate workflow is to just go to before the MP3 compression and use that file, if at all possible.
