You forgot to mention the version of your operating system. Regardless, you must not forget that PageMaker was discontinued many years ago and it is known no to work well, if at all, in any of the newest OSs. In my opinion, Adobe should have stopped selling it as soon as it was discontinued.
There have been reports of people who have installed PageMaker and and have managed to run it "successfully" (although with "some limitations") under the latest versions of Windows, but it cannot run under any of the Mac OS Xs that do not do Classic.
If I were you, I would forget about PageMaker.
Hello everyone !
Hi Claudio, thanks a lot for your advice, but i have a question, actually i have to look for PM7 because i was given a file created in it. And all the infos i need for my work are just there and i can't take them. how could i manage to pick the infos i need without PM7 ??
thx again !
InDesign CS6 will open the file with hit or miss quality.
Thanks BobLevine! I tried and it worked! Indesign CS6 opened it! and i guess CS6 is the last software that can help.
Thanks a lot for your answers ! Have a nice day everyone!
