I have had a very similar experience - the material is very good, but the delivery is unusable, especially if you want to skip a section or move ahead in the video at all. Does anyone know if there is an option to download all of the training so I can view it locally?
I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulty watching videos on Adobe TV.
You might like to try downloading the videos for off-line playback, rather than trying to stream them - to do this, follow the instructions below:
- Download Adobe Media Player from here: http://get.adobe.com/amp/
- Click the My Favorites menu at the top.
- Click Add RSS Feed at the bottom.
For each day of Flex in a Week that you want to view offline, copy and paste the corresponding feed URL into the dialog box:
Click Add to save the setting in My Favorites.
- Click the Downloads menu at the top to verify that you are downloading the episodes.
I hope the above instructions help you to get access to the content.

Andrew - thanks! I just downloaded it and it works like a charm!
Thank you very much Andrew! It is working great now.
Thanks for taking out time to resolve the issue.
Okey. I've downloaded Adobe Player and started downloading video lessons. And guess what I've discovered.
I am in a hotel now and there is a 20kb/s wifi speed.
Internet is available only in a lobby.
All these details just to show that situation is not so unique.
So, I downloaded, let say, 30% of some lessons and closed laptop to go for a lunch.
When I opened it again I discovered that everything I've downloaded, all the progress - have gone.
I mean is it so hard to implement download state management?
I like the way Air Application looks, but it is extremely necessary to make products with usability in mind and not just gloss.
And when internet is gone for a while, Adobe Player doesn't try to recheck it in a moment and I have to restart the player and thus all the download progress is gone again.
What I have to do right now is READING the lessons exercises instead of watching the lessons video.
i managed to download the adobe media layer and find the updated RSS feed at http://tv.adobe.com/feeds/. but after i add to the My Favorites, adobe media player just says it can't find any episodes. why is this happening ?
