I can't access my Adobe 9 ,nor can I download attachments.
The message states open and when I try it then states , there is a long message which states , in essence, we can't open & the file may be in use by another application, etc
I can't remove it because a message says "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unaavailable"
When I receive a an E-mail with an attachment, I can't access it because a message says, in essence, we can't open and the file may be in use by another application, etc.
I would like to have Adobe 9 with PDF and be able to use it, but I can't.Is there some way to get adobe up and working for me or, if not, how can I remove it.
Any help will be appreciated.
Uninstall Adobe Reader, then reinstall it.
If you need detailed instructions, then we need to know what operating system you are using.
I AM USING WINDOWS XP SP3
Open Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs. Uninstall Adobe Reader.
Download the latest Reader installer and available updates
Close all browser windows and run the downloaded installers/updates in sequence.
