Where did you download it from? If it's from your Adobe account, they offer free installation support.
I don't have access to the internet. I have the software package.

Hey I had the same problem I had to shut down everything
in the background using MSCONFIG to allow me to load the program and also to edit in
Win 7 using CS3, also I have to have everything in the background disabled except for
flex licensing in services to be able to open and edit. It will not open
just shows busy glass and nothing, also had same problem with
jump drive plugged in to USB port
OK, so you have the full DVD installer discs, and did not download after all. Is that correct?
Is this the full-paid version of CS3, and you've owned it since its release?
Hey Joan. Thanks for responding. I am really new to Windows 7. Did It end up working for you after you did that? Could you maybe list how you did it as in steps for me? If you don't have the time it's cool, I am a complete ametuer with this. I have no idea what MSCONFIG is ha ha.
