I have not encountered, nor read of such.
You have other JPEG's, with white backgrounds, that Import fine, but just not this one. Is that correct?
What is the Color Space of this JPEG vs the others?
Since JPEG will not have anything in Mode, but RGB, no Transparency, no CMYK, nothing like 16-bit, etc., I am at a loss as to why this one JPEG is giving you trouble.
I would Open it in PS and do a Save_As PSD, or PNG-24 and see how that version Imports.
Also, is this JPEG sized to the Frame Size of your Project, or is it at the camera's resolution, pixel x pixel?
Thank you for your reply.
I actually figured out the issue a few minutes ago - the image was HUGE and this caused a problem, so once I resized it to be smaller, it worked fine.
HOWEVER, I now have this issue - I need to remove the white background so that the picture has no "border" as such. It's a logo you see, and I want to remove the white box background so that the logo floats nicely over the video.
Any help for this would be greatly appreciated
Set the white background to transparent in PS and save in a format that supports an alpha channel, like PSD.
Sorted! Thanks a lot
