OSMF Player Beta3 stuck in "bootstrap" loop on playout

    uconnkoala

When using the OSMF Beta 3 Player, sometimes the player goes into a loop where it keeps requesting the "bootstrap" file from the server, but no video plays. No further video fragments/segments are requested from the server.

This happens on both multi-segment and single-segment recordings. None of the streams are republished while this behavior is going on. I can also observe the .bootstrap file getting updated, as well as new segments being recorded to disk (files grow in size and number).

In the OSMFPlayerDebugConsole, I get the following repeated over and over

      [org.osmf.net.httpstreaming.f4f.BoxParser] firstFragment=XXXX duration=YYYY durationAccrued=ZZZZZZZZZZ

The values keep looping up, and then start from 1 again.

      I also see:

      [org.osmf.net.httpstreaming.HTTPNetStream] State = loadNextRetryWait

Could we be stuck in here in an endless waiting loop? Which is why the video never advances and we keep requesting the bootstrap over and over?
