Dreamweaver CS3 and Visual Studio 2008

What is the best way of moving Dreamweaver files over to Visual Studio...

I have designed a site where I want to use Dreamweaver to create the Collapsible Panels and basic design. And then use VS for Visual Basic work on Asp.net pages involving a database, etc...

I know VS will not recognize the .dwt (templates)... and I know creating asp pages in Dreamweaver is not compatible with ASP.net 2.0 that we are using...

Should I just create the pages where the collapsible panels are, then copy/paste all the code and folders created to the Visual Studio website?

Am I thinking correctly that the spry/ajax script will be recognized by VS?

      Thanks for any help.
