          Use Find (ctrl/cmd+F).

          Entire current local site.

          Source code.

Hit Find Next or Find All.

Click on the Results panel to open the page.

              <li><a href="artists.html"  class="MenuBarItemSubmenu">Artists</a> wrong?

              <li><a  href="#" class="MenuBarItemSubmenu">Artists</a>  right i think

              <a href="some-link.html"> is a valid link.

But if the some-link.html page doesn't exist on your web server, you'll get a 404 Error -- page not found.

<a href="#"> is a dead link. It goes nowhere.

              Does this help?
