Umm, yeah... So what? more info, please! Computer, operating system, what version of AI, what otehr Adobe software involved...
Ahh thanks Millenium,
Good points - Illustrator as part of CS4 Premium Design package, Apple Mac 10.5.8 - before this I removed Design Standard package (as above) and installed this Premium version.
Did you use the uninstaller to remove the standard version? Did yutry the cean u script?
And the obvious quetion and no offense intended but do you know if this is a legitimate licnese?
Ddi you deactivate the product before unistalling/
Thanks Wade - Yes I used the Uninstaller - not sure what you mean by cean script?
No offense taken - I steer clear of illegal software for my business.
If per chance I missed the deactivation function - is there a way I can resolve the issue?
Clean up scripts to make sure the licensing is removed.
Well I think you would reinstall and then deactivate and then install but I am not certain it should be required since they are two different licenses or an upgrade?
Try the script you would have to uninstall what you have now then run script then. It may indicate you are clean.
Then reinstall the suites.
I am very pleased it was of help. i hope this problem turns out to be a distant memory
Yes thanks very much - All we need now is for Steve Jobs to let Flash work on iphones and IPads and I'll be happy man!!
