No, it is full blown. Does the trial version limit your options in setting up sequences?

Yes, no MPEG support at all, so no HDV, XDCAM or AVCHD options. If you have been reverted to trial status, as has happened to others, the only solution is:
3. Run CS4 Clean Script
5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 two times
Wowzers. I thought I was in the clear after a clean install of Windows 7...
Ok, thanks for your help.
Im having the same problem. My XDcam and AVCHD presets are missing. Seems pretty common. What is CS4 Clean Script? I have uninstalled the program through windows 7 and reinstalled several times, but the problem keeps coming back. I have Windows 7 Pro 64 by the way, dont know if it matters. Also, is it common for this problem to coincide with adobe updater not working, at all?
You have to use Clean Script CS5 now. Search the KB on the Adobe site for full instructions.
Here is a link for the CS5 Clean Script.
The CS4 one is no longer there.
The script gets rid off all the stuff that most un-installs miss so you can install it fresh.
