It installs into a different dir; So it should not be a problem. I have both on my system now.

I believe he was concerned about the cs5 trial overwriting his cs4 production. Understandable

I'm liking CS5 thus far - noticable speed improvements - and the new features are very welcome and useful - particularly the make sequence and export frame.
