BUG - Installing Flex SDK with Sonic Wall VPN adapter

    SharedDynamics
I tested the following scenario on 2 different laptops each connected to a clients tunnel using Sonic Wall's VPN client.

Laptop 1 - Windows XP Professional running ColdFusion 8 developer, IIS 6 and Sonic Wall VPN actively connected
Laptop 2 - Windows Vista Home Pro running ColdFusion 8 developer, IIS 7 and Sonic Wall VPN actively connected

I install Flex SDK in the following location c:\program files\flex sdk
I install Flex WEB-INF files in the following location c:\inetpub\wwwroot\WEB-INF
      Reboot

I do exactly the same on each laptop. BTW the laptops have the same software installed as laptop 2 is a Ghost of 1 with the Vista Home Pro upgrade

When attempting to compile and run the samples I get this error:
An error occured on the server. Server error is: 'Connection refused to host: 223.1.1.128; nested
exception is: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect'

I remove the SDK and disable the VPN and reinstall the SDK, reboot and the sames (the first 3) run without issue.
