A visitor to http://www.workandpartners.com/ reported to my client that he was unable to see the
F-Source flash navigation on the top of the page.
If you have Safari on an IPad, I would really appreciate a report on your experience.

You said the magic word, Flash. You either need to remove the Flash or have a separate iPad/mobile version of your site setup where users with those platforms are redirected to a non-flash version of your site.
Not surprising given that Flash is not supported by iPhone, iPod Touch or iPads. And that situation isn't going to change anytime soon.
Flash is noticably absent from certain other mobile web devices too although some run a stripped-down Flash Lite player that only handles simple Flash content.
Flash navigation is a terrible idea anyway. You should be using CSS styled lists.
