In java i used \u0000 for terminating string and sendint data to flash socket.
What is its equivellent in C?
if the server is using different character to terminate the string, Is it possible to detect it in AS and treat it as string terminator? Can someone give an example in doing so?
\0 terminates a string in c.
but i assume you have an actionscript question. if so, why do you need a string terminator in actionscript?
Thanks for answering. One more thing i would like to know is, i am getting junk values when i get the values from c socket server. What i have to do to get it in readable format.
that's probably not junk. show a sample of the returned values.
