I am working on a Flash project that has hundreds of image (PNG) files. They are stored in folders and named in a logical way. The application emulates a menu structure of a software application. We have to duplicate the entire project and modify it for another piece of software that has very similar menus. I have all of the assets for both versions saved and named in similar folder structures with similar names. The images, when you view their properties in Flash show a path to the original PNG file. My question is this: Can I quickly and globally swap out hundreds of such images with the ones in the alternate root folder if the internal folder structures match? I woudl hate to have to manually update each image. Is there a way to do this? Thank you very much.
