    Exporting with div tags

    Raid33
I use Fireworks CS3 to design many of my sites. I am familiar with the process of building the site in Fireworks, then slicing it, and exporting it to Dreamweaver. However, when I do this, the resulting HTLM document is always created using tables. Is there a way to export a site from Fireworks using div tags and CSS instead?

Try Export: CSS Layers(htm). Be warned, what FW creates is a series of
absolutely positioned divs to recreate your design in an html page.

Thanks Jim. Is there no easy way to create "tableless" CSS controlled sites when exporting from Fireworks? Are the only options to either export using tables and convert to divs and CSS, or export to CSS Layers and build the CSS in DW? I read that FW CS3 has much better CSS support, but the workflow still seems sloppy. Can anyone chime in on their workflow practices with FW and DW CS3?

Export to graphics and build the page in DW. Don't let a graphics program
                write your HTML.
