Thanks, that looks great. When I learn these tools can I then use Dreamweaver to implement them?
did you notice that the background of the first page http://powersports.honda.com/street.aspx and
http://www.santacafe.com/ so too is made with a flash application. You could try to build one and insert it with DW. You could look from yourself for the trick or let us hear again from youHans-G.
"First Aid" but I am sure you now that already (from German DW):
Thanks very much. I don't understand the "First Aid" reference though...
sorry, I would like to persuade you to use first of all "normal", a simple background image (= Hintergrundbild). With my former hints I would like to show you how to do it. After that, I thought, you could still try to insert a flash application. But it seems you would like to do that at the moment, so you could try this whole procedure from the beginning (translated from German DW):
create a really new subdirectory
create a new html/php-file
DesignMode: Insert Flash-Video
search/browse ---> myFLV.flv
skin: Halo Skin 3 (min. width 280) ( it's only my choice)
width 640 ( it's only my choice)
height 480 ( it's only my choice)
I clicked all the boxes
---> And now away with all these files to your server (best you have a look with the WIN-Explorer to your directory, to see all the files DW has created in your subdirectory).
YourFlv.php (or YourFlv.html or ...
Clear_Skin_1.swf (my choice)
If you are satisfied with your results, you can copy or do the procedure it into your "real" website.
To illustrate, what I would like to show you, I refer to my experimental side about this issue:
