Remove float: left from #HeaderWrap and your nav works fine ;-)
Interesting because as I experimented with this, if I change it to float: top; it solves my problem.
Apparently, there is more than one way to acheive the same result. So when does a person know the "right" way? Is one way better than another? Or as long as the results are what they are supposed to be, all is good?

Float top doesn't exist.
When you did that, the browser effectively ignored it.
I would suggest you look at www. W3schools.com and see examples there
(HTML section) it's an excellent site.
