Ok so I have tried it on another laptop and I have tried saving .swf from other websites same thing does not play past the loading screen. HELP please. Need for presentation on Friday.
Not knowing exactly what you are looking at, it sounds like the SWF you downloaded might just be a holder swf that calls other flash movies to load in it. Without those SWF files being the correct name or in the correct place, the clip you downloaded wouldn't work right.
Just a wild stab, though, I don't know what you're looking at.
Here is a link to the webpage and one of the videos I have saved but have trouble with playback after saving.
I would play it right off the website which I would rather do at this point but went I went to do a test run of my presentation today the
room I will be in has a bad wireless signal so video plays choppy.
Yeah, I really don't think you're going to be able to just save that swf file and play it locally, it looks like the swf is just a placeholder to call in external movies. I could be wrong...but yeah, you may have to come up with a different solution.
