      Previously, measure() was ignoring the damage handler because it knew it was potentially damaging the text.   I changed the meaning of the flag so now if the damageHandler is called while measuring text, the handler will call invalidateDisplayList() and return.  invalidateDisplayList will only get called when it needs to be called which is what stops the looping.
