Got step-by-step instructions in my book if you're interested, slav.
Don't use the Freeze Frame button.
Go to Share/Personal Computer and select the Still Image option.
As I say in my book, there are no presets for a square pixel photo, so you'll need to go into the Advanced options and set up a 640x480 image with square pixel aspect ratio. For best results, also set it for deinterlacing.
Once you do this, you can set up your own custom preset for future use.
Also, when choosing the Frame, be very critical (I use Program Monitor Magnification set to 100% and not Fit) of the exact Frame that you choose. Adjacent Frames can have very different quality, based on the camera/subject motion at that instant. Maybe 1-2 Frames on either side will be better. The ultimate quality will depend on the Effective Shutter Angle, the camera/subject motion and the type of compression used to create the file.
Hi Steve thanks a lot ....where i can find your book?
