I have read the forums and it appears other people are having problems with the download of CS5. I have purchased and am trying to download CS5 Production Premium, but continue to get error messages and the download does not begin.
I tried the solutions offered but have had no success. The link to the dmg file to download is file not found.
Please help, or suggest how I can change my order to "ship" instead of Download.
You probably have the problem figured out by now but I was having problems with the download and went into preferences and activated
"Enable JaveScript" and the download seems to be working. That is the only change I made but Adobe wasn't able to help me with that
because technical service isn't available today. They are sending me the CD just in case.
