    Cycle Keys?

    dragotron75 Level 1

I have two layers that run concurrently over top of the other and I want intermittent opacity changes, sharp changes. To reveal the underlying layer as if it were flashing.

Whats the best way to do this? Would it be to just copy the keys and paste them or is there another way?

For regular flashing, use the Strobe effect or animate an opacity cycle once, then apply a loopOut("cycle") expression to it. For random flickering, use a wiggle() expression. If it needs to be strictly on and off, combine wiggle with a rounding function Math.round(wiggle(3,100)) for instance. realyl depends what look you are after, there's so many ways to do this...
