We are just starting to use version control. Once one author has checked a project into version control, how do the other authors "get" the project files the first time? THANKS!

Hi wooddar and welcome to the forums. If you are referring to RH's source control have you tried looking at the online RH Help? Look in the index under "Version Control | Opening". In fact there is lots of useful stuff in this area of the help file including strategies for multi-author environments.
