You have some invalid HTML there which could be the cause. Line 65 you are missing a </p> from that line. Your index document has the same problem on line 64. Little things like mismatching tags can sometimes cause display issues.
Thanks very much for catching the coding errors. I fixed them both, but unfortunately I still have that spacing disparity below the bottom three columns on the shipping.htm page between Firefox and MSIE. I've had these before and almost always it comes down to margins and padding settings in some div. But I'll be darned if I can figure this one out.
If anyone has any ideas, they are much appreciated.
In IE7 and 8 the difference between FF is so negligible I wouldn't lose sleep over this.
If you have IE8, it comes with Developer tools you can use for debugging pages. Hit Tools > Developer Tools or F12. Click the HTML menu. Select the following division IDs and toggle CSS padding-bottom on/off to see what effect it has.
Thanks for your reply, Nancy. Unfortunately, I had to download MSIE 8 in order to get the Developer Tools, so now I can no longer see the page in MSIE 7 where the problem was. The spacing issue does not exist in MSIE 8. But I would like to resolve it MSIE 7, so if anyone has any ideas as to why this spacing disparity at the bottom of the page exists between Firefox 3.6.3 and MSIE 7, I'd sure appreciate the input.
Using the Developer Tools, turning padding-bottom on and off for those bottom three divs makes minimal difference - just the 5px that were specified in the rule. But the spacing disparity between browsers was much more than that. So I don't believe that was the problem. I know it's a minor thing, but with osgood's help I was able to solve it on the index page. But I'll be darned if I can figure it out on this one
If anyone has an ideas, I welcome them.
Your page looks the same for me in IE7, 8 and FF3.6
But I do see a definite float drop problem in IE6. The middle column drops below the left and right side navigation.

PS. For multiple IE testing, get MyDebugBar | IE Tester
Wow, Nancy, the Debug Bar is excellent! I too see the issue in EI5 & EI6. That will keep me up tonight
Many thanks for the tip on Debug Bar. I'm sure I'll be using it daily.
