Zeno Bokor May 16, 2010 1:44 PM (in response to kathleentownzen)If you want to use Content Aware Fill as a tool by painting in the image then use the Spot Healing Brush, not the regular Healing Brush and set the mode to Content Aware. If you want to fill a selection with Content Aware Fill then make a selection and then go to Edit->Fill and select Content Aware from the dropdown.

3. Re: NO CONTENT AWARE BUTTON APPEARS???
kathleentownzen May 16, 2010 4:27 PM (in response to Zeno Bokor)Thank you soooo much. Both of you....Still not on the toolbar though......and not happy with the results....they're WILD....much bettter with just the clone tool. Sooooo dissappointing. The only time it worked good was when I tiled a picture....then it did okay....but I had a hat on a girl that I had used before.... it was too bright for the rest of the composition, so before CS5, I cloned it out...when I used the content aware, it made a big mess...same with the chair she was sitting on...with a pretty background. It even filled her hat with part of her arm!
But, thank you.

Photojewel May 16, 2010 8:39 PM (in response to kathleentownzen)I know what your talking about, I cant find mine either. It was there when I downloaded the trial version and I loved it, but now that I got my
own CS5 and registered it, it's gone. I have to circle what I want to eliminate, hit delete or go to Edit to use the content aware, but even then it just blurs the image. I'm hoping to find some answers here.

vbghty88 May 28, 2010 5:22 AM (in response to kathleentownzen)I just figured this out, the content aware pop up that you mean has to be done when you press the delete button on a BACKGROUND image and not on LAYERs.(:
Hope tis helps.
