    Page Layout for Presentation Folder

      Hi

I've only just begun using InDesign CS5 and need to better understand the 'Page Layout' panel.

I have a project I'm creating, a 9" x 12" presentation folder.  I open a new document and chose 'document>facing pages' and I'm presented with a single page on my artboard.  I then pull another page from my layout panel and I get what I'm looking for, 2 x 9" x 12" pages side by side.  What I don't understand, what is the purpose of the single page ABOVE  also in my document which I neither want or need? I can't seem to delete or hide this page.  I guess I'm asking how do I just get 2 pages side by side on my artboard?  I hope this makes sense?

      Thanks..
