When running TestRunner with FlexUnit 0.9, the TestRunnerBase GUI never loads.

I am trying to get a couple simple unit tests working for my Flex  Project.  I created and added a .as file to my project which contains a class with a method 'testBlah'.  The testBlah method just contains assertTrue("blah",true);

Then I created a TestRunner.mxml file in the same project. It is as follows:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<mx:Application xmlns:mx="http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml" xmlns="*"
xmlns:flexunit="flexunit.flexui.*"
creationComplete="onCreationComplete()">

<mx:Script>
<![CDATA[
import flexunit.framework.TestSuite;

// Create the test suite and run the tests
private function onCreationComplete():void
{
testRunner.test = createSuite();
testRunner.startTest();
}

// Creates the test suite to run
private function createSuite():TestSuite {
var testSuite:TestSuite = new TestSuite();

testSuite.addTestSuite( InputManagerTest );

return testSuite;
}
]]>
</mx:Script>

<!-- FlexUnit GUI Component -->
<flexunit:TestRunnerBase id="testRunner" width="100%" height="100%" />
</mx:Application>

When compiled, TestRunner.html is created. When I load TestRunner.html in my web browser, The FlexUnit TestRunnerBase GUI component never loads. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
