    Template: Optional Editable Background - How?

    Sky Chief

      Desire: Use templated page, but be able to change background separately if needed.

      I would like to be able to create a page using template and then be able to edit the background image and save it.

      Research: I see that there is a way to make an attribute editable, but not sure how it workes. Attempted to follow example posted, but didn't work. Wondering if anyone has a clear simple way of explaining this specific thing. Realively new to all of this, and trying to save time on this 'wish' for other hurdles.

      Here is an example of what I was attempting:

      <style type="text/css" bodybackground = [suspect it should enter a url here??] >

      The default background image will be fine for some areas, but just want the option to change it.

      Thanks for the help

      Keith

      ps. Using DWCS5

          Okay, after tinkering, figured it out..

          While in the templage page - Choose MODIFY | TEMPLATES | MAKE ATTRIBUTES EDITABLE...

          Click ADD

          I used: background-image for the name

          Enter the other attibutes and save.

          Create a page using the template and choose MODIFY | TEMPLATE PROPERTIES

          There you can browse and insert your background image path.
