This is a Sessions question? How do we store sessions in Adobe Stratus ?
Do we use SharedObject.getRemote or use any other primitive?
if we should we SharedObject that would be preferred because the SharedObject has SyncEvent that notifies all clients on a change, so it becomes very elegant like FMS to store chat room members and other information and share it live with the clients
The problem is SharedObject.getRemote SyncEvents do not get fired or if they do Please share a simple example?
Stratus is not FMS. it provides no server-side functions other than P2P introductions/lookups and automatic group bootstrap. there are no shared objects, remote method invocations, etc., nor will Stratus relay streams like FMS does.
you must use an external service (such as a web service like VideoPhoneLabs uses) to store and retrieve information for your application.
Can this be accomplished using the user table and sessions from a CMS such as Drupal via the services and amfphp modules?
