    Where is the class AMFChannel ?

      Hi everybody.

      I developed a Web application based on a single Eclipse project.

      The client side consists of a big SWF file, developed with Flex Builder 3.

      The server side uses BlazeDS under Spring control; data is stored into an Oracle db, and accessed by Hibernate classes.

      Everything works fine, but I have a question out of my curiosity.

      This is a snippet of my services-config.xml:

      <channels>

      <channel-definition id="my-amf" class="mx.messaging.channels.AMFChannel">

      <endpoint url="http://localhost:8081/SpringFlexHibernateLibreria/messagebroker/amf" class="flex.messaging.endpoints.AMFEndpoint"/>

      </channel-definition>

      </channels>

      I can locate every application's class into its JAR; for example, flex.messaging.endpoints.AMFEndpoint belongs to flex-messaging-core.jar, and so on.

      But I haven't been able to find the jar containing the class mx.messaging.channels.AMFChannel

      Is it possible that classes belonging to mx.* namespaces (like AMFChannel) stay into the SWF file ?

      If they are client-side class, as I suppose, it's possible.

      I'd appreciate an explanation.

      Thanks in advanca

      William
