I wonder about phase reversal issues?
Does anybody know how to fix those gaps?
I need the video finished soon :|
If the "phase" of audio is reversed, for example form one channel to another, it can average the amplitude down to zero - no sound. A recent poster had a problem with audio being too soft in certain sections (only on some DVD players - boy was that weird).
If the phase of some of your recording is the opposite of some of your other audio tracks, it can have what will appear to be an odd effect.
Just a thought; I am not an audio expert.
Create a test sequence and put in a short clip. duplicate the exact clip on V2/A2. Now apply the "invert" audio effect to ONE of the audio tracks. Result: silence.
My guess is your voice recording is the culprit. Apply the "invert" audio effect and see what it does.
I hope someone else comes along and suggests a simpler problem.
