How do I uninstall Adobe AIR in Vista?

I cannot uninstall Adobe AIR for the life of me.  Please help. I have Windows Vista. The program was first installed with the Market Samurai Program and then Samurai came out with an update and I have been unable to install the updated version.  They told me to uninstall AIR and then reinstall from their link, but I cannot uninstall AIR.  I have tried everything and nothing works.  Has anyone else had this problem and how did you resolve it?

Try downloading the latest AIR Runtime Installer:

          Labs: air2_rc1_runtime_win_051110.exe

Then run this exe from the command line with the –uninstall flag

          e.g.:  ..\air2_rc1_runtime_win_051110.exe –uninstall

Then run the exe again (without the flag) to re-install the runtime

          e.g.: ..\air2_rc1_runtime_win_051110.exe

Please let us know if this works for you.

No this does not work.  It says that it isn't recognized as an internal or external command, operable command, or batch file.  Please help me here.  This problem has been ongoing for over one month now and Adobe seems to have no solution on how to uninstall their own program.  Very frustrating to say the least.
