you have an on(release) attached to a non-movieclip/non-button object.
use movie explorer to find the errant code.

I have downloaded this Movie Explorer software V1, but i dont know how does it help me.
it's really small software that let me open folders.
what i should do with it? it doesnt open Flash files swf or fla..
help me please
you didn't need to download anything.
in flash, click on windows/movie explorer. click the actionscript toggle and in the search field paste on(release)
oh i get it. now it found me Scene 1 (which is the whole video of my flash design)
what now? how do i fix the error of my linking this button to a website?
explorer will pointpoint to the timeline, frame and line number. click the options button on the far right of explorer and tick the bottom two items.

now what that it gives me is:

what do i have to do now? i've tried changing the Png file of About Us to button type - but it wont let me edit the script inside of that image. or what els i should do now?

start over would be your best best. or, at a minimum, delete the object that has code attached to it.
then drag from the library the object you want to act like a button and position it on-stage. if it's not a movieclip or button in the library, right click it and click convert to symbol, movieclip, ok.
in the properties panel (while your movieclip is still selected), assign an instance name (eg, mc1). then click the stage to deselect your movieclip and in the properties panel paste:
