have you downloaded the jquery core package? www.jquery.org ...you need to
include that too

Being a designer I'm not used to adding .js manually. I've only really used extensions where the script is added automatically.
I guess I have to add a link to the jquery.newsticker.pack.js, jquery.newsticker.js and now the jquery-1.1.4.pack.js files.
But how do I get the list of links into a div so I can position it.
Sorry to sound dim that's where my limited knowledge ends.
