I'm using Trapcode particular to create a light streak that I want to follow along with a solo. So I converted audio to keyframes and tried to plug it into the Light that is emitting the particles....
THe problem is that this controls ALL of the axis... is there a way to make only say, one axis be controlled by the audio? Maybe a way to disconnect individual axis?
I want to have another layer of control because as of now, the light emitting the particles moves with the music but only straight up and down... i'd like to add other axis of motion. I tried placing it under a null but this doesn't seem to affect the particles.
I would like to animate the Anchor Point but I guess Lights don't have that option?
Any help or advice would be appreciated...
Lights don't have anchor points, but you can parent them to a null object, and then animate the null's anchor point.
Does that actually work tho with Trapcode Particular? It doesn't seem to
affect the particles when i move it
