just recently i completed a clean install of Windows 7 64 bit on my computer. Before this i had Vista 32 bit. All went well, and all my previous files were saved. The only thing is i cant run Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premiere anymore as the license has stopped working. I have tried every possible solution recommended on the site (including licenserecovery.exe) and whatever i have come across on forums.
I would simply re-install or something like that however, my computer came pre-loaded with the Adobe software and as a result i dont have a copy of the programs to reinstall it with.
Note: Adobe reader works fine as i downloaded it direct from website.
Any recommendation or help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
Also, they are not trial versions or demo versions (they are running on Sony Vaio F series)
Both Photoshop and Elements are the full version software.
Thanks, i think thats all haha
Hi, in most cases not having the disks shouldn't be a problem as long as you have the purchased key...
You should just be able to redownload and reinstall the Elements software (as trials) as well - most Adobe trials can be converted over to the full versions by entering the valid keys. Hope this helps.
Haha didnt think of that. thanks for the help it worked a treat. cheers
