Adobe Help in CS5

I can see that it's easy to update the help menus / references with a good broadband connection - and I'm up to date with this PC. However, on my main PC, I have a very poor connection that, at present, tells me it will take 13.5 hours to update so I can use the help files.

Is there a way to download the files on my faster connected PC and then transfer them to my slower internet PC (But much more pwerful PC - 64bit OS W7 etc)?

http://help.adobe.com/en_US/photoshop/cs/using/index.html

Then when that opens, right click on "View Help PDF" in upper right corner, and then "Save Target As"'

Substitute another product name for photoshop in the above URL and repeat.

Hi Steve - yes, thanks for that. I did know about the PDF link, but I was referring to the actual Help information that sits inside the Adobe Help viewer.

Do you know how I make the PDF guides 'sit inside' the Help viewer so I can search this way rather than finding the relevant PDF doc and opening it independently? Is there a setting I need to make?
