    problem with serial key HELP

      Hi, today I'm installing Dreamweaver, but my serial do not work so I search for that and then I see why, maybe because I'm in asia pacific and I ask a US serial number,

      but at the start, of the setup they don't ask me the language, why?

      or I maybe need to ask again a serial number for asia pacific or english(international)

          Are you installing a full version of Dreamweaver or an upgrade version?

           

          If an upgrade, are you upgrading from a suite?

              just to see clearly a question (technical terms tranlated from German DW): Was your registration-number generated by entering the authorization-number in a Adobe-form?

                I buy it in australia and I live in New caledonia,(french country) then I got a french(sorry it's not a US key) key ( I get the key coupon and other things in the serial number form ) and I didn't see I need a asia pacific key

                        no I don't have a version of Dreamweaver,

                        I use Windows vista,

                        and then the key i need is a asia pacific one

                        and I got a french one so if they say "contact the US support"

                        I need the contact the French support

                         

                        (cause I did a mistake it's not a US key but a French one)
