- Open the PDF
- Open the Tags panel (View > Navigation Panels > Tags)
- Highlight all of your tags
- Click the Options icon in the Tags panel (the one that looks like a couple of gears)
- Click "Delete Tags"

Using Acrobat Pro.
Advanced > PDF Optimizer
Create a custom setting.
Untick all but "Discard Objects"
In Discard Objects, untick all but "Discard document tags"
Use this to remove the PDF's structure tree.--| 2
Using Acobat Pro.
Advanced > Accessibility > TouchUp Reading Order
With TORU, select "Clear Page Structure".--| 3
Using Acrobat Pro.
Preflight - Create a new profile. Configure it to use the Fixup "Discard document structure".
Use this profile to remove a PDF's structure tree.--| 4
Using Acrobat Pro.
A Batch Sequence.
Create a Batch Sequence that runs a Preflight.
Select the Preflight profile created in #3 above.
This Batch Sequence can be run across one or many PDFs in a given directory/folder.Be well...
