    C++ and ActionScript

      Im wondering if there is a easy way to connect a Air Application to a C++ made backend. At work we are currently looking into the possability to extend our current GUI interface and we have started to look at Air. The idea we have today is that we would like to use Air as a non logic gui with a c++ backend. Is this possible ? I have been looking around in the forums and havnt really found anything to indicate that this would be possible.

      Best regards

          With AIR, your main options are to communicate between the AIR app and the backend using either the AIR native process API or a socket connection.

          Another possibility is to embed the Flash Player activeX control in your C++ application, at least on Windows.
