Eclipse has //TODO which automatically creates a task...

//TODO doesn't seem to do anything for flash builder...is there a option I need to set somewhere?

If I install FlashBuilder plug in onto eclipse will it work? Right now i'm using the stand alone.

Hi,

I've used this free plugin with great success http://www.richinternet.de/blog/index.cfm?entry=911D4B57-0F0D-5A73-AF6F4D4D04099757

Hope this helps,

Unfortunately this isn't supported in FB4. However, there are 3rd party plug-ins available. The latest one that I'm aware of is SourceMate. http://www.elementriver.com/sourcemate/features/#todos.

That's awesome...it's exactly what I'm looking for.

Funny how it's a flex 2 plug-in and yet it still works in FB4.

I use Eclipse PDT so doing a //TODO comes naturally.

FB4 vanilla doesn't have it, and to set a task in FB it's a CHORE, it's 4 whole steps... with //TODO you can do it in 1 so you don't have to break your code flow.

woohoo....

Great glad it worked out for you. Yeah I wondered if it would work, but thankfully I think Eclipse has stayed the same so it doesn't break it.
