Does really bother me. It works with spaces now as well doesn't it?
Surely it doesn't matter?
Either way it works and either way it's perfectly reasonable.
That said, the extra spaced version isn't something I use or have come across before.
who needs white spaces, just write your whole project on a single 100,000 character line seperated by semi colons.
Oops obviously I didn't mean "var function" Late hour, sorry.
Death to extra spaces! Terseness is king! The One True Brace Style forever!
I have a fit if a space is missing after if, while, or for, though.
Realy, like pauland said, it's not really *that* important to me (though any project I start will use 1TBS), but I find consistency *within* a project is really important. I find it jarring to have different classes (or FSM forbid, different methods within a class) use different formatting conventions.
Neat to know that the way I Indent actually has a name for it...Allman aka ANSI style...
The name for my overall code however is still spaghetti...
one day I'll create beautiful code.
